Soneya + Eric = Married
Earlier today, I had the previlege of photographing my beautiful aunt Soneya's wedding! This was actually my first wedding as the main photographer and I ran into a problem; creativity! There's just so much going on during a wedding, the family and friends all want pictures, there are the "must-have" photos, people are talking to you left and right, and there's just so much going on! Thank goodness for my dear friend Katie for helping me out and second shooting for me! Thank you Katie! I really appreciate it! I can't wait to see you post some of your images from the wedding! It was a gloomy morning and the ceremony was forced to be inside, but afterwards, the sky started clearing up and gave us the opportunity to photograph outside, with the beautiful scenery at Frederick Meijer Gardens! These are the few I like, enjoy!

These photos are beautiful Alex!!! I've been waiting for your first wedding... and you did FANTASTIC! I think you had a lot of creative shots. Honestly, what people want, I think - are the good, clear and beautiful shots. All of what you captured... great job. The couple is going to be estatic!
ReplyDeleteThank you Sandy! I only shared the few creative shots I had, haha! I can't wait for the couple to see this! I hope they like them! Thanks again!
ReplyDeleteAlex! Your pics of the wedding turned out great!!! I see no lack of creativity here. I am still working on thumbing through and editing mine. I will post them tomorrow night hopefully! How did your photos from dinner turn out?? Mine were a little lack luster!:) Thanks again for asking me to be your assistant! It was so crazy and so much fun! Let's do it again!
ReplyDeleteActually, THANK YOU! I truly appreciate the help! We'll definitely have to do that again! What a rush! I can't wait to see yours! Mine during the dinner were okay, nothing too artisitic. Actually, not artistic at all! They were kind of like the family & friends portraits; nothing artistic, just required. Gosh! Again! Thank you so much Katie!
ReplyDeleteSoneya: THANK YOU BOTH SO VERY MUCH!!! These pics are GREAT!! They brought tears to my eyes!!
ReplyDeleteI am SO THANKFUL to have such a great nephew and photographer to help top-off a perfect wedding. Your heart-felt generosity and talent sure will make our memories last forever!
Can't wait to see the rest... :^)
Thank you Alex & Kate!!

ReplyDeleteAsya's mom. You did a fantastic job with this wedding. I am so amazed at the pictures. I can't wait to see the rest. Alex and Kate, you did an outstanding job. It looks very professional. You need to get this business going. I am hoping that you have some business cards so that I can pass it along to my coworkers and friends. The bride and groom are so pleased with your work. I am very impressed. Tell your mom she has a very gifted and talented son and should be very proud of. Actually, I know she is very proud of you. Outstanding work!
You're very welcome Soneya! It was fun! I am so glad that you like the photos! I'm still editting, but I will try to get them to you soon!
ReplyDeleteMay! Thank you for the compliments! They're really nice to read! I need to get some business cards! That would help bring some business! Thank you again to everyone for the compliments!
